COVID‑19 Broadway Update

If you purchased tickets from Telecharge for a suspended or canceled performance, you will receive an email with instructions to refund or exchange your tickets.

Please be patient as it may take some time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. There is no need to contact Telecharge about your tickets.

If you bought tickets at an affiliated box office with a credit card, Telecharge Customer Services will automatically refund your order. If you bought tickets at a box office with cash, please visit the box office for a refund when it reopens. You may also mail in your tickets for a refund to Telecharge, P.O. Box 998, Times Square Station, New York, NY 10108-0998. Be sure to snap a photo of your tickets for your records before mailing them.

If you did not purchase your tickets through Telecharge, please contact your original point of purchase for refund information. The Telecharge Call Center is closed until further notice, by order of NY state. If you have questions about your tickets, please email tickets@telecharge.com. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for Telecharge staff to respond by email.

All ticket holders for performances through February 28, 2022 are required to be fully vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine and will be required to properly wear a mask at all times except to eat and drink when seated. Guests under the age of 12 who are unvaccinated, and those who need reasonable accommodations due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief that prevents vaccination, must present proof of a negative COVID-19 test. Yes. This production contains strong language, adult themes, drug use, and moments of sexual violence that some may find upsetting.

JAGGED LITTLE PILL is recommended for ages 14 and up: children under 4 are not permitted in the theatre.

JAGGED LITTLE PILL is an original story that takes place in present-day suburban Connecticut. It does not mirror Alanis’s life. The original story is by Academy Award® winner Diablo Cody (Juno, Tully), directed by Tony Award® winner Diane Paulus (Waitress, Pippin) and features music and themes from Alanis Morissette’s Grammy Award®-winning album, as well as new songs original to the musical.

There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. The theatre is air-conditioned during the summer months.

Animals are not permitted in the theatre, but an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform your ticket sales representative if any accommodations are required.

Yes, but please note that there is no elevator in the theatre.  Accessible seating is available as indicated on the seating chart. Wheelchair locations are available in the orchestra section of the theatre. You may purchase one wheelchair and three companion seats per order if available. The theatre has a wheelchair accessible (unisex) restroom that is located on the main level.

Do not carry any of these items into the security screening area. Items that are confiscated will not be returned. If you are unsure about any item, do not bring it to the theatre.

All weapons are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to: firearms, ammunition, knives, swords, scissors, OC spray (mace), any dangerous items, and weapons of any kind
Outside food or beverage
Large professional cameras or video recording equipment
Flashlights or laser pointers
Illegal substances
Noise making devices or fireworks
